Employees Provident Fund:

  • Registration of Establishment under the Act

Contract Labour Act:

  • Making customers aware of the salient features, rules, and regulations of the Act, maintaining important records, and timely payment of statutory dues to ensure full compliance under the Act
  • Arranging registration of establishments
  • Arranging Contract Licence
  • Attending inspection and answering queries raised by the Dept.
  • Keeping customers informed from time to time of changes introduced by the Govt. with respect to the Act/Rules

Shop and Establishment:

  • Arranging registration (for new establishments)
  • Renewal of registration every year
  • Apprising the Employer regarding maintenance of registers and records, as per the provisions of the Act

Workmen Compensation:
